

The citizens of Copenhagen complained bitterly about the stench some 200 years ago and for good reasons. See the places of the city’s former cesspools, rejoice over the now defunct train-oil factory and hear the horrifying history of overcrowding, bad smells and deadly vapors. A positive side-effect is heightened appreciation of asphalt, washing machines and plumbing!
